Listing management is done through your MLS. Our platforms grab information from the MLS to update on our websites. However, you can edit some information about your listings through MLS Property Finder.
Note: We are assuming you are already logged into MLS Property Finder.
Navigate to the "Edit Listings" page.
You can manage elements of your listings through the "Edit Listings" page on MLS Property Finder. To get there, left-click "Update" on the menu bar at the top of the page, and click "Edit Listings" next to a house icon, as shown below.
Search (or select) the Listing
As show below, you'll be shown a screen with an area for searching for the listing in question and a general list of active listings. Note: We've blurred out the listings here for privacy.
You can filter listings by town, offices associated with your account, other agents (if you're a team or part of an office), by listings status, and property type.
You can also search for specific listings using the MLS ID .
Once you've found the listing question, click "Edit" as shown below.
Add more information to the listing
You will several fields you can add content to, as shown below:
You can fill out this information and click "Save Info" to save the information about your listing.
