You may want to update your agent photo, or some basic contact info. This guide will show you how.
Note: We are assuming you are already logged into Listingbook.
Go to Client Manager
From the main Listingbook Portal page, look for "Client Manager" on the menu bar, as shown below, and left-click it.
On this page, find and left-click "Add a Client" as shown below:
Enter Client Information
A pop-up will appear, prompting you to enter the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Client Type
Enter the correct information and click "Add Client".
When you create an account for your client, an email is automatically sent to them saying you created an account for them. There is a link for them to click and get right into their Listingbook account. After your client logs in to their account for the first time, they will start receiving Morning Reports the next day.
