You may want to update an active client's email address through Listingbook in order to keep their contact information up-to-date. This guide instructs you on the process.
Note: We are assuming you are already logged into Listingbook.
Go to Client Manager
From the main Listingbook Portal page, look for "Client Manager" on the menu bar, as shown below, and left-click it.
On this page, find and left-click the name of the client you wish to add another client to.
Access "Edit Account"
You are now on the client's page. On the right-hand side, you will see Options such as "Edit Account" under the Manage Account section, as shown below. Left-click "Edit Account".
Enter new email for client
As shown below, there will be a field titled "Email". This field should already be filled in but you will want to replace it with the new email. After that click the blue "Save Changes" button above that to save the information.
Please advise your client to look for the email from us to approve the changes.
