You may want to update your agent photo, or some basic contact info. This guide will show you how.
Note: We are assuming you are already logged into Listingbook.
Go to My Account
From the main Listingbook Portal page, look for "My Account" on the menu bar, as shown below, and left-click it.
Access the Settings Page
On this new page you will see some new menu option.s find the button with a gear. It is labeled "Settings". Left-click that, as shown below, to access the settings page.
This will take you to the Account Settings page. This article focuses on two-parts: "Personal Information" and "Your Images", as shown below.
Updating Personal Information
Note, if you only wish to update your photograph, you can skip to the next step.
Click Edit Settings underneath "Personal Information" to be directed to a page where you can edit information such as how your name is displayed, your contact information, and more. See the picture below.
When you've updated your information be sure to click "Save Changes".
Updating Your Email Address
When you update the email address associated with your Listingbook account you will be required to verify the email change. The requested email address (aka the email you are changing to) will receive a verification email requiring action on your end. Follow the instructions in this email to verify the email address change.
Updating Your Images
Here you will see any photo or logo you currently have (in the picture above the agent has no images uploaded, hence it is blank). You will also see a "Choose file" button. Use that to open a prompt to select a replacement image. After you've selected one a blue "Upload" button will appear. Click that.
Be sure to check your image is under 2mb! Images with a filesize over 2mb will not upload successfully.
