This article is going to walk through the process of signing up a client through MLS Property Finder.
NOTE: THIS PROCESS IS ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS USING THE RLS2000 PLATFORM
Note: We are assuming you are already logged into MLS Property Finder.
Access Find a Buyer Page
From the MLS Property Finder dashboard, mouse to the "Search" button on the top navigation area (in purple). Hover over this, and left-click on the "Find a Buyer" option that appears.
You will be directed to a page with a link that says "Click Here". Left-click this link to open the buyer search page.
Enter the buyer search criteria
As shown above, there will be several fields to fill out. City, minimum price ("Price Min"), and maximum price ("Price Max") are required. You can also select property types, and other releavant info such as style, the year the property was built, and more. Click "Submit" to see the results.
The results page will show info on agents representing buyers meeting these criteria, along with the "activity" rate of the agent/buyer. To contact them, check the checkbox that will appear next to the activity symbol.
- If you select "Print": A pop-up will appear with a dropdown menu for how you'd like to print the information.
- If you select "Email": You will be brought to a page to email the potential buyers in question. You can edit the subject and some body text. Click "Submit" to complete the process.
When you've selected all the potential buyers you'd like - click "Email" or "Print" to gather their information.
