Agent Control Panel (ACP) offers a robust suite of tools for blogging.
Access Blog Controls Menu
On the left-hand side of the ACP is a menu bar. Find "Blog Controls" and left click it. New options will appear when you do so, as below:
We're going to break down each of these menu options below.
Create a New Post
Left-clicking "Manage Posts' brings you to the "Manage Posts" page. From here you can see "All" posts on your blog or click "Published" to see posts that have been published, and left-click "Drafts" to drafts of blog posts.
You can also use the searchbar to filter posts by specific keywords. Finally, as shown below, you can edit or delete posts using the Pencil or Trash Icon to the right of each post title.
Auto Poster Settings
This page lets you manage how our auto-poster works for you. As shown below, there are a few options you can edit.
Listing Post Settings
You can change if posts about listings are always posted, saved as a draft, or never posted (this includes no drafts being made). These options are available for different types of updates - changes to the Listing Status, Open Houses, Sold Listings, and YouTube tours. You may want to do this to better control the type of listing updates that appear on your blog.
Article Post Settings
Similar to the above, you can control if posts are always posted, saved as a draft, or never posted (this includes no drafts being made). Additionally, you can also choose what day of the week an article is posted.
Manage categories allows you to create and delete categories for your blog posts. As shown below, existing categories are listed under "Delete Category:". To delete one, left-click the trashcan icon.
To create a new category enter the name in the text field under "Create New Category:". Left-click the blue Save button on the right-hand side of the text field.
The "Article Library" option lets you see all of our pre-written articles for your blog. You can filter by "Non-Seasonal" or "Seasonal" posts to see posts that may be more relevant year-round or based upon the time of year. You can also filter by "All", "Posted" or "Not Posted".
- All: Show all posts in this category, regardless of if they've been posted or not.
- Posted: Show posts that have been posted to your blog already.
- Not Posted: Show posts that have not yet been posted to your blog.
Visit My Blog
Left-clicking "Visit My Blog" simply brings you to your blog.
