You may need to create a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for your clients in MLS Property Finder. This article will walk through that process.
Note: We are assuming you are already logged into MLS Property Finder.
Access "Edit Listings"
From the MLS Property Finder dashboard, find and left-click "Edit Listings" to see your listings.
Find the Listing for Comparison
On the listing page (example below), find the listing you're creating a comparison for. Left-click the "MLS #" to see the listing details.
On the listing details page, click the "Compare" button (shown below) to head to the CMA Creator page.
Select Listings and Listing Criteria
As shown below, you will be brought to a page with a list of different listings. Check the listings to use as a comparison (at least 2 have to be selected). You can also select the state, towns, price difference, whether the listing is active or sold, etc.
Once you've selected the criteria you can click "Compare with Selected" to create a side by-side CMA with the option to generate a printer-friendly version.
