What is the Promotions page?
The Promotions page provides a simple way to manage and promote your Active Listings. The Promotions Grid is separated into two sections. The top portion displays Active Promotions which are scheduled or currently running on Listingbook. The bottom portion displays all your Active Listings; even if currently being promoted. Listings can be promoted multiple times and scheduled for overlapping time periods. The Promotions page allows for a quick and efficient way to review your Active Listings and track any Active Promotions. All the information required to view when a listing was last promoted, schedule a promotion, and change any details for a specific promotion are provided on the Promotions page.
The Promotions Grid displays all your Active Listings, and provides the ability to promote a listing. Simply click the “Promote Now!” link display in the Promote column of the bottom grid. This will allow you to schedule a Featured Listing or Open House Promotion. Once the listing has been promoted it will be displayed in the top grid for easy access and tracking. The same listing can be promoted multiple times, and it will be added to the Active Promotions Grid each time it has a promotion scheduled. The Active Promotions Grid displays the type of promotion, which client to notify, number of views, start date, end date, and reason for promotion. All the information required to schedule and monitor Active Promotions.
Once the Promotion has ended it will be removed from the Active Promotions Grid. You can click the Historical tab to view all of your past promotions. The Historical tab provides a list of all your promotions, and displays all the information used to schedule and run the promotions. The Promotions page is the central location for all the details related to your Active and Past Promotions in Listingbook.
How do I Promote one of my Listings?
Simply click the “Promote Now!” link display in the Promote column of the bottom grid. This will allow you to schedule a Featured Listing or Open House Promotion. Once the listing has been promoted it will be displayed in the top grid for easy access and tracking.
Can I notify more than one of my Clients about the Property Promotion?
No, you have the option to notify only one Client. This can be a New or Existing Client. Plus you have the ability to select the option of “Do Not Send Information”, which will allow you to schedule the promotion without notifying any clients.
Does the Historical Tab display all the Promotions that I have ever scheduled with Listingbook?
Yes, this is a list of all of your previous Property Promotions. This allows you access to all past Promotion Reports.
Can I edit a Promotion after scheduling?
Yes, you can edit all the details of the Property Promotion up until the “Start Date” has been reached. Plus the ability to edit the “Notify” option will always be available. The promotion may have ended, but you will still have the ability to share the Promotion Report.
Can I cancel a Promotion after scheduling?
Yes, you can edit all the details of the Property Promotion up until the “Start Date” has been reached. This includes cancelling the Promotion. Simply click the “Cancel Promotion” button during the edit process to stop the promotion without refund.
Can I assign a property from the Promotions Page?
Yes, simply click the “Assign Now” link in the Assigned column for listings that are not currently assigned to a specific Client Folder. Once a property has been assigned, then it will display the Client Folder name in the Assigned column of the Promotions Grid.
