First, navigate to the 'Leads Manager' page while assuming the account of the agent you're trying to add a contact for.
Simply look towards the upper right-hand corner of your page for the button that says 'Create Contact' (as shown in illustration below)
A pop-up form will generate once this button has been clicked, where you can input contact information and maybe a brief description about the new contact. From here, simply click 'Create' at the bottom of this form to create the contact.
