Did you receive the below e-mail from us because we couldn't post to your social media platform?
If so, re-installing our auto-posting tokens are as simple as clicking the 'Reinstall' button, signing into your account, and clicking 'allow' for our permissions to post. (If nothing happens when you click re-install, please check your pop-up blocker!)
However, it is always good to ensure ALL of your social media tokens are installed correctly.
In order to do this, access the Agent Control Panel and select the tab 'Social media' on the left-side of your screen.
Once selected, this next page will display all of the auto-posting tokens you currently do or do NOT have affiliated with your account.
From here, you want every poster to be 'Installed'. In order to re-install or install simply click the button that says 'reinstall' and double check the URL of the account below to ensure we're posting to the correct account. Be sure to Save Changes to implement any changes made.
