Once your product has been fulfilled, you should've received an e-mail from the address we have on file inviting you to the Elevate CRM platform. The sender is Elevate <email@example.com> with a subject line of You've Been Invited To Elevate.
Click the Accept Invite link provided in the body of the email and register your account to begin this process.
Once you've registered with Elevate, you will be logging into your Elevate CRM account through this link moving forward: https://crm.yourelevate.com. We recommend that you bookmark this link in your browser.
Please note that we do NOT store user passwords in our system as an account security measure.
If you forget your password, click the link that says 'Forgot password'. Enter your e-mail in the field provided and click 'Reset Password'. We will send an automated e-mail to your e-mail address on file with password reset instructions.
