In order to make phone calls from Elevate CRM, you would need to assign a phone number to call clients from. This would be done by accessing your 'Manage Account' page by following the 2 steps below.
Click the option next to 'VOIP Phone' to select a phone number from your account:
There are many options for you to choose from, typically you would choose a phone number with the area code your office is located so clients know where you're calling them from. You can see some options listed below:
Simply click 'Choose Number' to assign this number to your account -- any outgoing call you make from within your account will appear from this number.
