Are you looking to create a CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) for a potential client? This can be done easily from within your Elevate CRM platform.
Simply sign into your account and look to the panel on the left side of your screen. You should see an option titled 'Create CMA' that will allow for you to create a CMA.
From here, you would select a client and a listing and follow the following 6 steps to complete your analysis.
On the final step, you can review all of the information that you input before having the option to print, download or e-mail this comparative market analysis to potential/existing clients.
