In order to update your photo you would need to access your Agent Control Panel. This is done by clicking 'Edit My site' on the panel that's on the left side of your screen as seen in the figure below once you've signed into your Elevate CRM platform:
The top of your screen should now read 'Welcome To The Agent Control Panel' which indicates you're in the right spot.
On the left side of your screen from the Agent Control Panel, you should see an option that says 'Contact Info'. Select this option to update your contact information/photo as seen below:
From here simply click the button that says 'Choose your own image' , find the image from your computer or other resources that are synced with your Elevate CRM account, and click the red 'Save Changes' button once you're done updating your photo so you save your changes.
