Required for auto-posting: Elevate Elite, Elevate DMS, Elevate Social Pro
In order to syndicate social media platforms from your Blog to social media, you would need to access your Site Editor. This is done by clicking 'Edit My Site' on the panel that's on the left side of your screen as seen in the figure below once you've signed into your Elevate CRM:
The top of your screen should now read 'Welcome To The Site Editor' which indicates you're in the right spot.
Scroll down a bit on your navigation panel and select the option for 'My Social Media Pages'.
From this next page, simply select from a drop-down menu which platform you're syndicating to your Elevate CRM account, copy and paste the URL for this account, and click the red 'Save Changes' button to save your changes!
Next step: Installing our auto-posting to the social media platforms. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn are the only social media platforms that we can syndicate to.
Click the 'Set Up Syndication' option on your navigation panel.
On this page, click the 'Install' button next to each of your platforms listed to install our auto-posting token to your account as seen below and be sure to click the red 'Save Changes' button to save your changes:
Please note that our syndication will break if you change your password on the associated social media account(s). You will need to syndicate to each account again if you change the password for this feature to work properly. See steps below if you need assistance with syndication.
How To Re-Syndicate To Social Media
Head over to the Attention Dashboard if you need to re-syndicate for any of your social media platforms. To get here, click on 'Elevate' in the top left of your screen, select 'Attention' and click on the attention item that notifies you about one of your social media syndications.
After clicking on Step 3 in the picture you will be directed to the Set Up Syndication page.
Click on 'Delete' next to the platform where you see an Error message next to and click 'Save Changes' at the top of your page.
**As stated above, be sure to click 'Save Changes' after having deleted your token.
Since we removed a Linkedin token in the above example, select from the dropdown box Linkedin and click Install. After following the prompts and allowing us to post to your page, be sure to click 'Save Changes'.
