In order to Change Contact Information you would need to access your Agent Control Panel. This is done by clicking 'Edit My site' on the panel that's on the left side of your screen as seen in the figure below once you've signed into your Elevate CRM platform:
The top of your screen should now read 'Welcome To The Agent Control Panel' which indicates you're in the right spot.
On the left side of your screen from the Agent Control Panel, you should see an option that says 'Contact Info'. Select this option to update your contact information/photo as seen below:
On this Contact Info page you can update your cell number, office number, direct number, accreditations, the first and last name that appear on your site and your e-mail!
