In order to set up lead parsing from Zillow.com or Reltor.com, navigate to the 'lead forwarding' page and input the lead parsing e-mail provided to you in your Elevate CRM platform.
To locate this e-mail that's been provided to you, click on your photo in the top right and select the option 'Manage Account'.
Your lead parsing e-mail is located on this page. You will see the ending of the e-mail is @parse.yourelevate.com. as seen below:
On Zillow, once logged in, go to 'Agent Hub' in the top right and select 'Inbox'.
From here, click on 'Settings' at the top of the inbox, and from here you'll see an option for lead forwarding on the left navigation panel. This is where you input your lead parsing e-mail.

Go to dashboard.realtor.com, login, and click on the avatar dropdown menu on the top right. Click `Settings`
Under `Settings` click `Lead Settings` then under `Connections for Buyers` add in the lead parse email provided by Elevate CRM
