Step 1: Login to your Elevate CRM at crm.yourelevate.com. Click 'Upload Files' on the left side of your screen.
Step 2: You should now be on the 'Search Assets' page. Click 'Upload' in the top right corner to begin uploading your photo as shown below:
Step 3: Click 'Public File' since we're going to be uploading this photo publicly, then select 'Choose File', double-click the file in your computer, and click the red 'Submit' button to upload your file.
Step 4: Now that you've uploaded your file, you should have been re-directed back to the 'Search Assets' page -- except now you should see that your file has been uploaded on the right side of your page. Click 'Public Link'
You will be taken to a page with just the photo, which is what we're trying to achieve.
Step 5: Copy the entire URL to your clipboard
Once you've copied the entire URL, click 'back' on your browser to go back to the 'Search Assets' page.
Now we've successfully uploaded the photo and copied the URL for the photo. From here, we will navigate back to our blog post.
In order to get back to the blog section, you would need to access your Site Editor. This is done by clicking 'Edit My site' on the navigation panel that's on the left side of your screen as seen in the figure below once you've signed into your Elevate CRM platform:
The top of your screen should now read 'Welcome To The Site Editor' which indicates you're in the right spot.
Scroll down on the navigation panel on the left side of your screen and select the option 'New Post' (as seen below) to create a new blog post.
The status of your custom blog posts is default set to 'save as draft'. Follow the steps below to publish your post live! Please note anything posted to your 'Blog' will be dispersed across your social media platforms.
Step 1: Click Insert at the top of the blog text editor as seen below:
Select 'Image' after clicking Insert since we're uploading an image.
Step 2: Paste the entire URL into the 'Source' text field.
Optionally, specify the size dimensions of your photo (400px by 400px is a good test size).
Click the blue 'Ok' button to insert your photo.
