Click on the eMerge logo in the top left of the screen to access the Dashboard from any screen that you're on. The header has quick links to create emails, create social posts and create blog posts. You also have quick access to View Calendar and see your content history. The right side of your header is the home to your Help Center, or you can click on your name to access your account profile, billing details/history, update your password, and earn credits using our referral program.
The Main Menu is the set of tabs on the left side of the dashboard. The main menu is accessible from any page although it might shrink down in size depending on where you are in the platform (e.g. in the email builder).
The Task Manager is at the center of your dashboard and you can use it to create tasks / reminders for yourself to follow up with leads, schedule meetings, send emails / make calls, etc.
Upcoming Marketing / Completed
UpComing Marketing is in the center of the dashboard and shows emails, blogs and social posts that have not yet been posted. Edit or delete each item by clicking the icon on the far right.
Completed is in the center of the dashboard and shows emails, blogs, and social posts that have recently gone out. Click on the icon on the far right to see a report for that item.
The Contacts section on the right side of the Dashboard shows how many contacts you have in your eMerge account and your total contacts allowed for your current tier. If you exceed your limit, no worries, the platform will give you the option to upgrade.
The Connections section lies just under the Contacts. There you can see the social channels you have connected, as well as their connection status. There is also an Add Connection button that you can use to add more connections to your account.
