Advanced search allows you to drill down your contact list to see how your contacts are engaging with you.
- Click the "Contacts" tab in the Sidebar, then click on "View / Search".
- Click the "Advanced Search" button on the right side of the page and begin adding search criteria with the "Add Search Filter" button. This will give you access to the data and fields that are available from within your account.
- You can add multiple filter options, as you add filter options, your search results will be calculated on the right side of each filter.
- Once you have completed your filter options, you may click the "Search" button on the lower right side of the window.
- Your search results will be displayed with all user details. You can either add additional filters or you can add search results to an email list, group, save as new search / list or delete the search results.
