"Connections" is where users can add new blog and social channels to their eMerge account, or reconnect channels that are having difficulty connecting.
1. Click the "Connections" tab in the Sidebar, then click on "Manage".
2. Select the "+Connection" button on the right to add a new channel to your eMerge account
The channels are divided into Social Media & Blogs.
3. Select the channel you would like to connect and click the "+Connect" button to start the connection process.
4. Provide the login information that the prompts request to connect the channel
When social channels / blogs are connected users can see the number of channels, as well as the status of the connection, by clicking on the different channels listed on the page.
For users of the the Consumer Touch campaign, the channels selected as the "Default Link" are the channels that will be featured in the email footer and blog branding.
