The campaigns and workflows inside of eMerge are designed to be as simple to set up and track as possible. To help with that, when you add a campaign to your account there is a list that is created that is tied specifically to that campaign.
For the Agent Outreach campaign, this list is called Agent Outreach Newsletter Recipients. Any contacts you wish to receive your monthly Agent Outreach newsletter MUST be included in this list.
Since contacts can be in multiple lists at once, you don't need to worry about losing track of leads or getting contacts mixed. You can still have your database segmented out as you desire, just be sure to also include your contacts into the Agent Outreach Newsletter Recipients list if you want them to be in that campaign.
