When you are viewing or editing a contact you will notice there are a series of tabs below the contact’s information (Tasks/Notes, Email Lists, Additional Fields, and Past Activity). If you want to create a new task for that contact right there, follow these steps.
- Click on the Tasks/Notes tab in the contact’s information.
- Click Create Task, then follow the steps to create a new task.
