Additional data may be added to new contacts when they are entered into the system. If you would like to add or edit additional data for existing contacts, please follow these steps:
- Click "Contacts" in the Sidebar, then click "View / Search".
- Locate the contact you would like to edit and click on that contact. Then click the "View/Edit" button.
- Scroll down to the "Additional Fields" tab below the contact information and type in the data next to the field that you would like to add data to.
- Once you have finished adding data to your contact, simply click on "Save" towards the bottom of the box to update the contact's information.
