Steps to reconnect social media accounts:
1. Click the Connections tab in your main menu, then click Available Connections on the drop down menu. (Or click the red X next to the channel you wish to reconnect)
2. If a social channel is experiencing a connection error, there will be a red Reconnect button to the right of it.
3. Click the Reconnect button and follow the prompts from that social channel
4. If you have the Consumer Touch campaign, click on Campaigns / Workflows, then on Consumer Touch and view your social posting options at the bottom of the page to verify the right channels are selected to receive content.
