Selecting recipients for an email:
Under the Select Recipients header, you can choose to send the email to one, some, or all of your email contacts.
- Select the List(s), Group(s), Saved Search(es) or Single Recipient that you would like to receive the email. Choose Select All to send it to everyone in your contact database.
- The lists/groups/saved searches you select will appear in a "Sending To" list on the right side of the page.
Marketing Tip: Remember to qualify your leads. If a contact has recently purchased a house from you, take them off of your "current buyers" list so they will stop getting your bi-weekly featured listings email blast. Instead, put them in the list that receives your newsletter. Soft touches are the best when it comes to recent buyers. And don't forget to ask for a referral!
