Within your Elevate CRM, you may have some common actions that you wish to apply to numerous clients at the same time, instead of one at a time. To do this, simply click on the "Contacts" button on the left side of your CRM after logging in.
1. After navigating to your Contacts list, you will notice empty check-boxes to the left of each of the names presented. Simply check off the contacts you wish to edit.
2. After selecting all of the contacts you wish to edit click the "Apply Action" button that displays at the bottom of the page as indicated in the screenshot below:
The following screen will look something similar to this:
Simply click on one of the pencil icons next to the action you wish to apply to all of the contacts previously selected. You will then be prompted to confirm the action on the following screens.
