As an agent, you will receive a Morning Report to your email address on file in Elevate. The Agent Morning Report features a mobile-first design which highlights all of the important metrics to enhance your productivity within the Elevate platform.
- The sender is Elevate <info@yourelevate.com> and the subject line is Your Morning Report.
- How to Ensure all System Emails are Delivered to You
The Agent Morning Report has four main sections relevant to your daily productivity, as outlined below.
New Clients
Example of the New Clients section of the Agent Morning Report:
- The Source field tracks every way a Client gets imported into Elevate except the CSV Import functionality.
- The Email (if available for that client) is clickable and will direct the agent into the New Email view of the platform.
- The Phone (if available for that client) is clickable and if the agent has VoIP established in Elevate, then the agent will be taken into the VoIP system to initiate a call with that client. If the agent has no VoIP set up in Elevate, then the agent will be directed to their native phone or dialer application to call the client.
- This card will display up to 100 Clients if they exist.
- The View Client button will take the Agent to that particular Clients Detail Record.
Clients With New Activity
Example of the Clients With New Activity section of the Agent Morning Report:
- Within the last 24 hours, this card will report activity when a Client:
- Views a Listing
- Favorites a Listing
- Contacts you via Email, Text or Lead Form
- Hot Leads are leads who accumulate a Lead Score of 50 or higher within the last 7 days, at the point the report is generated. The score is weighted to be higher for the most recent activity by a lead to least recent activity within that 7 day period.

- This card will display up to 100 Clients if they exist.
- The View Client button will take the Agent to that particular Clients Detail Record.
My Listings
Example of the My Listings section of the Agent Morning Report:
- Within the last 24 hours, this card will report activity on:
- Listing Views
- Listing Favorites
- Listing Competition
- Additionally, this card will also display and report on all of your current, active listings.
- The View Listing button takes the Agent to that particular listing in their Elevate CRM.
- The Open House highlight will display any active or scheduled Open Houses that belong to the Agent within 7 days of the report being generated.
- The Promoted Listings highlight will display any active listings which belong to the Agent at the point in which the report is generated.

Events
Example of the Events section of the Agent Morning Report:
- This will track all Events within the calendar on the day the report is generated.
- How to Sync My Calendar and Email.
- The card will have the Event Name and Time.
- The View Event button clicks through to that specific event-view within the calendar.
Note: Delivery of the agent morning report is based on client activity in the last 24 hours. As long as there has been client activity within the last 24 hours, a morning report will be sent to the agent.
