Best Practices for Lead Follow-Up & Engagement
Your daily workflow and best practices:
- Bookmark/Favorite https://crm.yourelevate.com on your web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox) on your computer, phone, and/or tablet.
- Login to the CRM with your email address and password.
- Click notifications and view most recent lead activity. Click on any lead notification that requires attention.
- Proceed with phone calls, texts and emails via the CRM.
- Complete tasks, take notes and review Communication and History as necessary.
- Next, click the Elevate logo to return to the dashboard and work your leads by clicking on any status (New, Engaged, etc.),
- OR click on "Leads" from the Elevate menu and click "Score" twice to sort your leads by high to low scores.
