If you have set up a custom domain name with your MyRealPage account, you may experience difficulties connecting your eMerge account to your MyRealPage account.
To connect to your MyRealPage account, you first need to find the initial or default domain created for you by MyRealPage. To do this:
1. Log in to your MyRealPage account to access your settings.
2. Click on Domains.
3. In the dropdown to the left under "Currently Managing", you should see the default URL for your MyRealPage site. It should appear something like: "your-name.myrealpagewebsite.com". This is the URL you need to connect with.
4. In your eMerge account, going to Connections and add a new MyRealPage connection.
5. Enter your username, password and name of the blog.
6. The "Blog URL" should be the URL to the blog portion of your site, not the main page. It will looking something like "mycustomdomain.com/blog.html" if you have provided a custom domain.
7. The "Connection URL" should be your default URL with the addition of "/xmlrpc" behind it. Example: your-name.myrealpagewebsite.com/xmlrpc
8. Click "Connect" to finish the connection process.
