For Seller Leads, the lead magnet is a home valuation analysis. This is usually one of the first things a potential seller looks for when thinking of selling a property and you are there to offer it!
The first step in capturing a seller lead is the address capture. That is the minimum required to generate a lead. As such, even with a 70% plus data append match rate there may be a small percentage of leads where we have no 3rd party data, but there will always be an accurate address.
What makes Elevate Seller Leads Different From Our Competitors?
While competitors rely on interruption-based marketing to target seller leads Elevate relies primarily on platforms like Google and Bing for direct intent search campaigns.
We find that trying to force consumers to provide everything Agents want: address, name, phone, email, time to sell, home condition, etc. is not the smartest approach, especially as gun shy as consumers are to submitting their personal info online.
