With your MLS Search being built directly into your Elevate system you can discover homes more quickly than ever before. See below for how you can use this tool to identify homes that match your customer's needs and much more:
Accessing Your MLS Search:
To begin using the Property Search in Elevate select between "all" inventory or only "your" inventory by choosing from the selections on the left-hand panel of your CRM.
Once you have accessed the property search you can begin looking for homes within one, or more, designated cities or states affiliated with your MLS system and additional criteria points that may be of interest to your buyer or seller clients. (ex. property type, feature requests, construction materials, or school district.)
*Elevate can only provide coverage to the licensed territory that you have access to in your MLS.
Once you have identified a property, or several, that match your request you can take a closer look by clicking on the listing to access a property description page. From which you will be provided details on who represents this property as the listing agent, how long the home has been on market, and any price adjustments that may have occurred since the original listing date.
Furthermore, you can set a customer up with a saved search that helps keeps your clients up to date with home activity matching similar inventory.
If you are in need of establishing a broader spectrum of inventory establish a saved search from your initial search criteria or deliver a bulk email displaying all homes within matched results. (50 max)
