If you are looking for creative ways to share your inventory activity with your clients, try Property Promoter Tool. Discover how you can master this tool to leverage your inventory to new places such as Instagram.
Note: This feature is only available for DMS-level Elevate customers and above, as well as Bright customers.
Step 1.
From the Elevate CRM Dashboard, select the "Edit My Site" link located directly under the My Site section of your navigation toolbar.
Step 2.
In the menu panel, in the Social Media section, find the links to "Set Up Syndication" & "Property Promoter"
*If your syndication is up-to-date, you may skip Step 3 in the process.*
Step 3.
In the "Set Up Syndication" section, proceed to reinstall any social media links that may appear broken. Once these have been updated, you can supply your Instagram account's credentials in the Instagram section. This will permit content delivery to your Instagram profile. Proceed to the "Property Promoter" tool in the menu panel.
Step 4.
Determine whether you are looking to "Create New Property Promotion" or if you are looking to utilize any of your current inventory.
Step 5.
Once you have chosen your current inventory or you have uploaded your own image, follow the prompts to build out a templated design.
Step 6.
Customize your text to project the message you would like to get across to your audience. After completing your design, select the "Save" button to download the image directly to your PC/Mac device. Then select "Back to Gallery" to bring you back to the main section in the Property Promoter Tool.
Step 7.
Now that your image has been finalized, you can determine which social media channels you would like to have it delivered to by simply selecting the social media icon attached to it the image.
