SMS Campaign Tool is a Customizable Lead Text Response Feature
Implementing touchpoints in your lead follow-up is one of the most important steps in cultivating new opportunities. Learn how Elevate can assist you in simplifying those touchpoints by activating this SMS feature:
Step 1:
In the navigation pane, select ‘SMS Campaigns’
Step 2:
Once selected, you will be brought to the Campaign Manager
From this section, select the "Create Campaign" icon to establish a new series of SMS messages.
Step 3:
Select which type of campaign you would like
*If you would like to "Create Your Own" Campaign follow all required prompts
Step 4:
Enter in a unique name for your new SMS campaign
*This is a required field
Add the Lead Source(s) that will be targeted for the SMS campaign. You may choose multiple lead sources if desired

Step 5:
The pre-set campaigns can be customized to fit your specific needs if you would like to increase or decrease the volume of communications being delivered to your clients. (These guidelines would also apply to any custom campaign that you may develop in the future.)
- Clicking the “+ Day” will add an additional day(s) to the campaign
- Clicking the “+ SMS” will add additional SMS messages to the campaign
- Selecting the “Trash Can” icon will delete that specific day from the campaign
- The SMS “Pencil” icon will allow the user to edit the current SMS message for the campaign
- The SMS “Trash Can” icon will allow the user to delete the current SMS message for the campaign
Step 6:
Once you have applied your Campaign to the "Campaign Manager" you can choose to "Run" or "Pause" your campaign at any time using the indicator icon.
You can monitor the progress of your clients progression through each campaign based on the data points shown in the image below.
If you would like to "add" or "remove" any individual from a selected campaign you can do so by selecting the edit icon.
Note: Text responses will go out based on whatever time the user sets in their campaign.
